Systems that make marketing repeatable instead of dependent on memory.
The Monday report that someone rebuilds by hand. The lead that sat untouched because the handoff was a Slack message. The creative that went live under six different names. That work is the same every week, which means it can run itself: n8n and Apps Script workflows, CRM automation, reporting that assembles on a schedule, all documented so it survives staff changes.

Manual Marketing Hours calculator
Estimate the hours a week your team spends on marketing work that could run itself, what that costs a year, and which automation to build first.
What's included
- n8n and Apps Script workflows: lead routing, enrichment, alerts, scheduled reports
- Airtable and CRM workflow design, including HubSpot properties, pipelines and automation
- Creative pipelines: intake, naming, approval and performance tracking for ad creative at volume
- API integrations between the tools you already pay for
- Documentation so the system survives staff changes
Who it fits
Teams where the same report gets rebuilt by hand every Monday, or where leads sit untouched because the handoff between marketing and sales is a Slack message.
How the engagement works
Fixed scope, fixed fee for each build, with a written deliverable and the workflows yours to keep. Ongoing monitoring and changes as a monthly block of hours if you want them.
A Toronto non-profit: a volunteer-run event, sold out with paid media for the first time
A free, all-abilities waterfront dance party marking its 10th anniversary at a new venue with a hard capacity limit. The campaign ran end to end from April to July: Meta ads, 80 organic posts, Instagram DM automation, server-side tracking in Google Tag Manager so registrations were verified rather than pixel-counted, and post-event reporting to the board. The core ticket campaign turned $2,185 into 732 verified registrations. Instagram was the number one self-reported way guests found the event, ahead of word of mouth.
